ABOUT WRAPCO

ARE YOU AUSTRALIAN?

Yes! We are a family owned Australian company passionately designing and printing right here in Melbourne, Australia.

Wrapco is the only dedicated gift wrap roll manufacturer in Australia. All our wrapping paper is printed in house on our flexographic printing press.

The greater proportion of our products are designed and manufactured here in Australia by us or by our Australian friends. To add to our range, of what we think are beautiful products, we have selected products we feel compliment the range. Where Australian manufacturers are not available, we sourced products from overseas manufacturers. We hope you like our product range as much as we do.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We are very aware of the environmental impact of the products we manufacture. Wherever possible, Wrapco uses environmentally friendly production techniques and materials to ensure that our products are kind to our environment and completely Australian.

Wrapco installed a 60kw Solar Panel system onto our factory roof in 2014. This system supplies 100% plus of the power used each year by Wrapco. To augment our power usage in peak times Wrapco uses 100% GreenPower to manufacture the products it produces.

Unfortunately we are unable to dictate the production techniques of our imported products, however we endeavour to keep our environment in mind whenever engaging new suppliers. All of our products that are environmentally friendly and produced in Australia are so identified in their descriptions. 

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN A STORE?

No. It is Wrapco's marketing policy to supply you, the end user directly without any middlemen. Our greatest sales tool is word of mouth combined with this website where you are able to view all of our products at your leisure and at a time that you choose. This policy allows our prices to remain low and allows us to continue manufacturing in Australia, keeping quality manufacturing jobs in Australia.

DO YOU HAVE A SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

Sorry, Wrapco does not employ Sales Representatives or Sales Agents who can come and visit you. Wrapco does not knowingly supply to any distributors or resellers. There may be instances where other businesses choose to resell our products at a higher price. We do not condone this, however by law we cannot stop this from occurring. If you like our products and service please tell your friends. If not please tell us, we would love your feedback.

 

ORDERING

CAN ANYONE PURCHASE FROM WRAPCO?

Yes, Wrapco sells products to all Australian buyers; both businesses and personal shoppers. We have no minimum order.

HOW DO I ORDER FOR A SHOPPING CENTRE?

Please sign in or register a user on our website before adding items to your shopping cart. You will find our live stock figures on each product page in pink to assist you with buying.

Once you have filled your shopping cart please proceed to the check out and enter your shopping centres full delivery address, make sure to include Centre Management Office or Customer Service Desk to assist with delivery.

For larger organisations who can only pay via bank transfer payment based on an invoice, please select "Bank Transfer Payment" as the payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation email with a pdf invoice attached. Please raise a purchase order based this pdf invoice and email your purchase order to hello@wrapco.com.au. An amended invoice with PO number will be emailed back to you for payment by your accounts department.

Your order will be held for 14 days so payment can be made. Once payment has been received we will ship your order.

Delayed delivery for Christmas is available upon request. Please email hello@wrapco.com.au

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We are not accepting international orders at this time

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

We have no minimum order. Wrapco is a B2B business trading directly with other businesses in Australia, but we will also accept orders from non-business customers.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you do not have to register to buy online. You can choose to purchase as a guest user. If you do not want to register you will need to enter your correct delivery details each time you order. For casual shoppers this can work well but there is a down side to not registering:

• Yes, you will need to always enter your delivery details each time you order, boring.

• You cannot search previous orders or when orders were placed. We canno­t save your purchase details if you haven't registered and we won't be able to tell you about your previous purchases in the future. Phoning Wrapco also will not work, there are no useable records kept for unregistered sales. 

• If you haven'­t registered there can be no wish list nor can you use quick and easy reordering tools or held shopping cart lists. If your connection fails or your online purchase is delayed then your shopping cart can time out losing all details and your shopping list.

As you can see there are real benefits to registering on Wrapco'­s website.

CAN I CHANGE/ADD TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We pride ourselves on our super quick packing and shipping, so altering your order is not an option. If you need to change something please contact us immediately, if your order hasn't been packed and shipped we may be able to cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one.

I'VE PLACED TWO ORDERS, CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?

We are unable to combine orders. If you absolutely require the orders to be shipped together, we can cancel both orders and refund you so you can place a combined order.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Our website is directly linked to the shipping calculators of the three shipping providers on offer; Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT. The rates charged by Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT are based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.

DOES WRAPCO CLOSE?

Wrapco closes in December each year for a 3 week annual break. During this period you can still purchase online. If you do purchase a payment will be made by you at the time of purchase. Your goods will be shipped within the first 7 days after Wrapco returns from annual break via our normal delivery channels. Wrapco displays the dates we are closed for annual break on the homepage of this website.

 

DELIVERY

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

All orders will incur a shipping fee. Shipping fees are calculated at the check out based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.  

We use Australia Post, TNT and Couriers Please Road Freight as our standard delivery services. The delivery fee will be calculated at the check out based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Delivery by Australia Post eParcel, TNT and Couriers Please may take up to 7 business days or longer during the peak Christmas season.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery by Australia Post eParcel, TNT and Couriers Please may take up to 7 business days.

A tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked on the Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please website, please allow 24 hours for their website.

Wrapco is not responsible for the delivery times that Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please offers. We are unable to control the parcel or the speed of delivery once is it is in the hands of these delivery services.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

We aim to dispatch orders the next business day, except at Christmas (October to December) when orders will be dispatched within 7 business days.

If there is a delay in dispatching your order a customer service representative will call you to explain the situation. 

Please note: we try to ship orders as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we are not able to control the speed of delivery provided by AusPost, TNT or Couriers Please.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, you or a courier you organise can collect your order from our warehouse in Braeside, Victoria.

Please select pick up as your shipping method. Once your order has been packed we will send you a confirmation email with our address and opening hours.

PAYMENT

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Orders can be paid for during the check out process with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex), PayPal or Bank Trasfer Payment.

Please note that bank transfer payments must be received within 48 hours of the order being placed to avoid cancellation.

We do not accept payment by cheque.

Paying by Credit Card online? Please ensure you enter your Credit Card details correctly. The name on the Credit Card used for payment should match the invoice contact name on the order. Wrapco reserves the right to cancel any order which we determine does not meet this requirement. You will have the opportunity on the order form to list a third party recipient with a different address if your purchase is for another location.

I DON'T WANT TO USE / I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, HOW DO I PAY?

No worries! Place your order online anyway, then select the Bank Transfer Payment as your payment method.

You'll also find our bank details at the bottom of the invoice attached to your order confirmation email. Please note that bank transfer payments must be received within 48 hours of the order being placed to avoid cancellation.

Your order will not be packed or shipped until your payment has been received.

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

Wrapco takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. As soon as you begin to enter any personal information on our website you are protected by the highest level of security. Wrapco will only use your information for the strict management of your order and will not disclose this information to third parties other than than your address details to our delivery partners.

Since January 2015 it became illegal to handle credit card payments online without using military grade secure servers. Wrapco uses eWay a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway to handle your credit card payment in a secure manner. Wrapco does not store credit card details ever. All your information is stored in a firewall protected & secure server and is used only for the purpose for which you provided it. CAN YOU EXPLAIN WRAPCO'S PRICING?

All prices on the www.wrapco.com.au website are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST. 

DOES WRAPCO PROVIDE A GST TAX INVOICE?

Yes, you will find a PDF invoice attached to your order confirmation.

DO YOU DISCOUNT?

We don't offer bulk order discounts. From time to time we will have sales or special offers. These will be advertised on our website, via our newsletter or on instagram and facebook.

OOPS! I ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS WRONG

If you enter the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or wrong security (CVV) number, your payment will be rejected by our payment processing gateway eWay. You can re-enter the correct CC details and process your order again. Only the paid for order will be shipped.

 

OUR PRODUCTS

DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES BEFORE I BUY?

Yes, we will send samples to you of most of our products. This is especially important if colour matching is essential.

To check the size and scale of a design, please request a sample. Alternatively, as a guide each products wrapped present measures 30.5cm x 22cm.

Please contact us by email, hello@wrapco.com.au, and list the products that you require samples of. We will only mail a maximum of 6 samples. We do not have a sample book. There are certain products where samples are not available.

CAN I RESELL YOUR PRODUCTS?

WRAPCO'S RANGE OF PRODUCTS - No, not under any circumstances.

The Wrapping Paper Company designs and manufactures gift wrapping products exclusively for complimentary gift wrapping. We want our clients to know that the products that they purchase from us are to be used for this purpose.

Wrapco has a sister company, Inky Co. Pty. Ltd. who produces products that are made for retail sales. Inky Co. welcomes wholesale reseller enquiries for their range. You can contact Inky Co. by emailing hello@inkyco.com.au


CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS - Yes, absolutely.

You can resell any custom printed wrapping paper, sheets or tissue we produced for you as these products are your designs and copyright.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF GIFT WRAPPING PRODUCTS?

To keep your gift wrapping materials in premium condition, please store in the dispenser box the product is supplied in or on a dispenser stand. All gift wrapping materials should be stored away from excessive heat, sunlight, moisture, and solvents. Gift Wrap is a paper product and will deteriorate with age. Enjoy while it is at it's premium.

Wrapping paper products will eventually yellow with age and if subjected to direct sunlight or heat. Wrapping paper will absorb moisture from the environment. Gift wrapping kept in humid conditions will absorb moisture, this can cause the paper to deteriorate and cause it to stick together when it dries. Excessive heat can cause the protective anti-scuff waxes in the printing inks to melt. When cooling this can cause the paper to stick.

PLEASE NOTE: Hand sanitiser, alcohol/solvent based cleaning products used to clean counter tops & hands can effect the inks on gift wrap. Please ensure that your wrapping area is clean and dry before gift wrapping. Hand sanitisers, perfume and hand creams can leave marks on gift wrap, oil and alcohol can cause the inks to mark and bleed. Always ensure that your hands are cleaned thoroughly with soap and water and dry before gift wrapping.

WHY WON'T YOUR SITE LET ME REGISTER?

If you are trying to register, but the site will not let you then possibly you are doing something wrong. Could it be that you or someone else from your company has already registered? Registered customers are recognised by the email address. After you have registered your email address is always the login name. If you think that maybe you might already be registered then go to the next step.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD

Forgotten if you have already registered or lost your Password? Click on SIGN IN at the very top of the website. Select Forgot your Password enter your email address and select Reset My Password. An email will be sent to the email address that you used when you registered with a link to reset your password.

ARE THE PRODUCT PHOTOS ON YOUR SITE ACCURATE?

The website offers an "accurate as possible" representation of the product and its colour. Slight variations in colour may occur as the products are often printed on recycled or unbleached paper stock. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings. Every computer will display images differently. If a specific colour or feel is important to you than we will gladly mail samples to you. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Wrapco strives to provide our customers with quality products and services. We believe a happy customer is a loyal customer who will always come back based on satisfaction. Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product. We reccomend that you check your delivery carefully on receiving it. There are no extended warranties on paper goods. Bad storage and adverse environmental conditions can affect the quality of your gift wrap in the future.

All sales made through the Wrapco website are final. In the case of faulty and defective goods or an incorrect shipment we will happily refund or exchange. We are unable to give exchanges, refunds or credits for change of mind. In Australia if a parcel arrives that has been damaged in transit by AusPost do not sign for the parcel or accept it. AusPost will then return the goods to Wrapco for replacement by return mail. Please tell us that you have done this with an email to sales@wrapco.com.au. We will gladly arrange replacement, exchange or a refund for goods that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. 

A Faulty Goods Claim Form will be emailed in reply to your faulty goods claim. Please reply with your contact details and the Faulty Goods Claim Form to sales@wrapco.com.au. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. 

If you believe you have received incorrect goods, please email sales@wrapco.com.au with your order number and contact details and a description of the problem. Wrapco reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect goods if the above process is not followed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellation by Wrapco: Wrapco reserves the right to cancel any order and immediately refund your money.

Cancellation by Purchaser: Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact Wrapco by email at sales@wrapco.com.au within six (6) hours. Cancellation of an order after it has been shipped is not possible. Wrapco does not refund orders that are cancelled due to change of mind.

No. All designs and images are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by The Wrapping Paper Company Pty. Ltd.
Designs, images and any other material used on the Wrapco website may not be used without prior written authorisation. Copyright in the Wrapco website is property of The Wrapping Paper Company Pty Ltd. Your information may need to be shared with others who may require this information to complete your order such as AusPost, TNT or Couriers Pleaset. Only those details deemed absolutely necessary including information required by law may be shared.

You may access personal information we hold about you or you can ask us to correct personal information we hold about you. 

If you are included on our e-mail list you may opt out of further contact from us by clicking the "unsubscribe" button on all newsletters.
