WRAPCO GOES SOLAR

 

The Wrapping Paper Co. has always had a strong environmental ethic.

As an Australian designer and manufacturer we believe, unlike a lot of overseas manufacturers that our products should be Clean & Green.

We have purchased 100% green energy for many years, and always sourced environmentally sustainable materials. This includes paper from sustainable plantations and inks that do not include heavy metals or toxic substances. Waste bi products from the manufacturing process are recycled, and all our paper products are recyclable.

Following on from this philosophy, we are really proud to announce that we are now Solar Powered. Wrapco has just installed a 57kw system made up of 230 Solar panels.

We are hoping that this system will cover 100% of our energy usage and also return energy to the power grid.

Not only is Wrapco designed & manufactured in Australian, but our gift wrapping is now produced with power from the Aussie sun.
