WHAT IS THE TYPE OF PRINTING?
Our short run custom print products are digitally printed allowing us to print in full CMYK and offer small print volumes with a quick turn around. These products are printed with a high capacity professional inkjet printer, a larger scale to your standard photocopier or home printer. Minor print imperfections can occur as part of the printing process and are deemed acceptable.
CAN YOU MATCH PANTONE COLOURS?
Yes, we can colour match Pantone colours. Please specify the colours in the notes section.
Please note, our inks are transaparent and colour matching artwork printed on brown kraft paper stock is not always possible as the brown of the stock will impact the ink colours.
WHAT FILE SHOULD I UPLOAD?
The preferred logo file is a high resolution .PNG file with a transparent background.
The quality of the uploaded file determines the quality of your print. We recommend uploading high resolution .png files with a transparent background. Wrapco is not responsible for the print quality if a low quality, low resolution file is provided by the customer.
WHAT IF I WANT TO UPLOAD SOMETHING THAT ISN'T JUST A LOGO?
The $150.00 inc gst price is based on a logo file/s with no background colour. Wrapco reserves the right to cancel and refund or charge extra for any file/s uploaded that is not a logo with no background ie. full colour backgrounds or photographs.
If a file/s is uploaded that does not meet the logo with no background criteria an additional fee of $100.00 inc gst per 45m roll or 50 sheets will be charged.
CAN I USE LICENCED/COPYRIGHT IMAGES?
Not unless you hold the copyright or have expressed permission from the copyright holder.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that use copyright or licenced material if the customer does not have the authourity to use them.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PROOF?
Once an order has been placed and paid for you will receive a digital proof to review and approve.
If you have chosen Bank Transfer Payment your proof will be sent once payment has been received.
Please ensure you take the time to review the proof carefully. Once a proof has been approved by the customer any errors made are the responsibilty of the purchaser.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed you will receive a digital proof to review and approve. Please ensure you take the time to review the proof carefully. Once a proof has been approved by the customer any errors made are the responsibilty of the purchaser.
Your order will be printed within 1 to 2 weeks, then dispatched with your chosen shipping provider. Shipping may take 7 to 14 business days.
DO YOU PRINT LARGER VOLUMES?
Yes, we do. We can produce larger volumes of counter rolls and belli-bands on our state of the art flexographic printing press. Please contact us for more information.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY?
We will work with you to create the best printed product that you are completely happy with. However, if you are unhappy or unsure at any point before your product is printed we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund.
