Our wide format flexographic printing press produces high quality gift wrapping paper in large runs. Perfectly suited to seasonal promotional counter rolls or extra wide rolls, printing takes place in our environmentally sustainable solar powered production facility in Braeside, Victoria, using chain of custody certified plantation forest paper stocks and Australian made inks.

Description
Custom printed flexographic wrapping paper can be printed with up to four spot colours or CMYK process. Our wrapping paper is printed on 80gsm Semi Gloss White, 60gsm Brown Kraft or 100GSM Matte White. Other paper stocks can be sourced depending on your requirements.
Rolls are supplied as 500mm wide x 50m long. 740mm wide wrapping paper is also available upon request. Wrapping paper rolls are individually packed in dispenser boxes with Wrapco branding. Plain packaging is not available.
Pricing
All prices include GST. These are wholesale prices, no discounts are offered for trade printers or resellers. Delivery is an additional amount quoted at the time of ordering.
Ink Colours
An additional charge of $400.00 will apply for all non-standard PMS colours that are not held in stock by Wrapco. PMS ink colour draw downs are available if required - $35.00 per colour.
Turnaround Time
Our large run flexographic wrapping paper is printed in Melbourne. The turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks from artwork approval and payment.
Print Limitations
Flexographic printing as a set design size of 500mm wide x 381mm high, the pattern must repeat every 381mm. Reverse backgrounds, eg. white spots on a blue colour background, are not recommended as this will require a laser plate. Laser plates cost in excess of $5000.00. For the best results a cut line is required on each colour plate.
